Guided Walks for Civic Day

On Saturday, 16th June, the Society will be offering two free guided walks.

In the morning, starting at 10.30 am, there will be a guided walk of Wood Street. Meet outside the Town Hall.

In the afternoon, there will be a guided walk of the St John's area. Meet by the bus stop outside St John's Church at 2 pm.

Each walk will last approximately 90 minutes.

Join us once again for a guided walk to discover the history and architecture of one of Wakefield's most important streets. The walk will leave from outside Wakefield Town Hall in Wood Street at 2 pm and will last around one and a half to two hours.
