A Taste of Honey - Special Film Screening as part of Wakefield Lit Fest

As part of this year's Wakefield Lit Fest, we have arranged a special screening of another 1960s classic film - A Taste of Honey at 7.30 pm at Unity Works. Tickets (£6 or £4 concessions and Wakefield Civic Society members can be booked on line through the Lit Fest website, in person at Unity Works or by post from the Society.

Lincoln Cathedral - The Greatest Building in the Age of Magna Carta; a talk by Dr Jonathan Foyle

We are delighted to welcome back Dr Jonathan Foyle who will give the first talk of our 2015/16 Autumn/Winter programme. Billed as an 'eve of Lit Fest' event, this talk is being promoted as part of Wakefield's fourth Lit Fest programme and is open to all.

Advance booking is required to guarantee seats. Tickets are priced at £10 each (£8 concessions). Special rate of £7 for Wakefield Civic Society members.

Heritage Open Days
