Wakefield Walking Week - Guided walk of Wood Street.
As our contribution to Wakefield Walking Week, the Society is offering a free guided walk of the Wood Street area lasting around 90 minutes. The walk will start outside the Town Hall in Wood Street and anyone wanting to take part is asked to meet outside the building just before 12 noon.
There is no charge and no need to book. Please wear sensible footwear and consider bringing a bottle of water with you, particularly if the weather is warm.
