Tileyard Wakefield - the development of Rutland Mills
Planning permission has been granted to City & Provincial Properties PLC for the redevelopment of Rutland Mills, the site adjacent to The Hepworth Wakefield gallery.
Work on this exciting regeneration project is due to commence later this year, giving 10 acres of Wakefield's historic riverside a new lease of life and seeing it become a significant cultural destination in the North of England.
