Extra tours of County Hall announced

Guided tours of Wakefield's County Hall, the former seat of the West Riding County Council, will be available on Sunday, 15th September to coincide with Heritage Open Days and as part of Wood Street Market.

Tours will take place at 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 1.30 and 2.30. Each tour will last 30-45 minutes.

While it will be possible to book places on the day by visiting Wakefield Civic Society's stall on Wood Street Market (we'll be opposite the Town Hall), numbers per tour will be limited. To guarantee your place, email the Society at info@wakefieldcivicsociety.org.uk or use the enquiry form on our "contact us" page before 15th September.
